I am a qualified person-centred counsellor working in a number of voluntary services.

My main areas of interest are working with chronic pain and other long-term illnesses, bereavement and loss and working with carers.

My counselling work is informed by the Breathworks approach to mindfulness meditation for chronic pain and other long-term health conditions.

I have attended both parts of the teacher training program and have attended a number of mindfulness retreats.

Please check out my Facebook page ‘Flourishing MK – Breathworks Mindfulness and Counselling,’ for further updates about my training and experience.

If you are interested please don’t hesitate to get in contact.

For more information about Breathworks please visit their website: http://www.breathworks-mindfulness.org.uk/

This approach to pain management could potentially change your life 🙂
