About me…

Hello everyone,

It’s lovely to meet you.

My name is Mary.

I am in the process of becoming an accredited teacher of the Breathworks approach to mindfulness meditation for chronic pain and other long-term health conditions.

I have attended both parts of the teacher training program and am hoping to run my practice course by the end of 2018! Upon successful completion of this program I will be fully qualified and ready to offer courses in both Mindfulness for Health and Mindfulness for Stress.

Please check out my Facebook page ‘Flourishing MK – Breathworks Mindfulness and Counselling,’ for further updates and details on the course.

If you are interested please don’t hesitate to get in contact. The Breathworks program has revolutionised my life and my own pain-management and I would love to share this gift with you.

For more information about Breathworks please visit their website: http://www.breathworks-mindfulness.org.uk/

This program could change your life 🙂
