My name is Mary.


I am in the process of becoming an accredited teacher of the Breathworks approach to mindfulness meditation for chronic pain and other long-term health conditions.

I have attended both parts of the teacher training program and am hoping to run my practice course by the end of 2018! Upon successful completion of this program I will be fully qualified and ready to offer courses in both Mindfulness for Health and Mindfulness for Stress.
